Warranty / Returns


Most parts are warrantied against manufacturer defects for 90 days from date of purchase.  All warranty claims are subject to approval.  All items may have to be returned to manufacturer for approval, and replacement product is issued after manufacturer approves the claim.  Cartpartsuperstore.ca is not responsible for any downtime during shipping or manufacturers approval process.
Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturers instructions, and / or been subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange or warranty consideration. 
Warranty does not extend to labour or installation charges.  Cartpartsuperstore.ca does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items, these are the responsibility of the consumer. 
THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS, TIRES AND PERFORMANCE PARTS  
 
ONLINE ORDERS: Please ensure all the parts you are ordering are correct prior to finalizing your online order. Incorrectly ordered items can be exchanged but it is up to the customer to cover all shipping costs of returning the item and shipping the replacement. 

Correct items will be shipped after we have received the returned item.

Please note that shipping times may vary - in-stock items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of order received.  This however, may extend dramatically during peak seasons.
We will notify you via email if there will be any delay. Online inventory NOT NECESSARILY live inventory.
 
RETURN POLICY ON PARTS AND ACCESSORIES:
Before returning any product - please EMAIL US HERE for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER and approval.  Please include your order and or invoice information in your correspondence.  Returns must be accompanied by original invoice. Returned items must be in unused, re-salable condition, and in its original packaging.  IE not installed.  Any markings from installation will not be accepted.  Returns must be accepted at cartpartsuperstore.ca within 10 days of receiving a return authorization number. 
You can physically return the item to our retail location or ship the item back to us,  once it arrives and has been inspected, we will issue a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee.   All returns are subject to inspection and approval once received by CartPartSuperstore. 
Returns must be shipped pre-paid with any courier of your choice.
Any returns shipped COD will NOT be accepted. 
 
*NOTE*  THERE IS NO RETURN / EXCHANGE ON EXTENDED LEAD TIME ITEMS (SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS)

The following items are NOT returnable / refundable:
• Engine parts
• Electrical & Electronic components 
• Performance parts
• Installed parts or accessories
• Clearance or close out items. 
• Custom Seat Covers

You Must include the RMA number with your return. 

Please also include a copy of the email which outlines the purpose of the return to expedite processing.
 
All undeliverable or unclaimed orders will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge amount (to cover the shipping both ways)
 
Returns for credit will be assessed the value of what the actual shipping cost would have been and that will be deducted from the return amount. (Free shipping does not apply to returns, you will be charged back) 
 
REPLACEMENT ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY FREE SHIPPING POLICY
FREE FREIGHT:
Free freight applies only within Canada, however does not include Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador or Nunavut. Free shipping applies to standard shipping method (least expensive method) The customer may choose to upgrade - and pay the difference to the upgrade.
CartPartSuperstore.ca uses third party freight for all shipping needs. Should any damage incur to the parcel in transit - the customer must file a damage claim with the carrier and also give us a call. Larger items will require a signature upon delivery.
Free shipping does not apply to replacement items.

We do our  best to ensure accuracy; however, errors may occur in our pricing or
specifications. We are not responsible for printing or typographical errors.
