At this time Cart Part Superstore can only ship parts & accessories shown on our online store - anything not listed/shown may be available to order as pick up only from our retail location in Cookstown, Ontario. Any item not listed on our online store is subject to applicable shipping & handling charges.
ONLINE ORDERS: Please ensure that the parts you are ordering are correct prior to finalizing your online order.
Please note that shipping times may increase in Peak Seasons - in-stock items are typically shipped within 3 business days of order received but can extend during peak seasons. Also, if you have ordered any Special Order (Extended Lead Time) items, your order will ship complete once all items are on hand. An email will be sent to the email address provided with the tracking information once the package has left our shipping facility (Cookstown, Ontario)
We will notify you via email if there will be any excessive delay.
Our Online inventory is linked to our live inventory in real time. All items that show In Stock are physically in stock and available to ship or pickup from our Cookstown Ontario Warehouse. Our system will not allow you to purchase quantities that exceed our inventory on hand. (with exception of Extended Lead Time and Special Order items) Our physical inventory is however subject to being incorrect from time to time (rarely). If on the rare occasion, our physical inventory differs from our online inventory and we are unable to process your order within the timeline stated above, we will notify you immediately to rectify the issue by way of adjusting the order to your satisfaction or issuing a full immediate refund without penalty. It is VERY safe to assume that if our site allows you to order it, we have it. Please feel free to contact us for status and lead times of sold out items.
FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping on orders of physical items over $99 is before taxes and after any promotional discounts. The value of any gift cards purchased does not apply to order total. Free shipping applies only within Canada, however does not include Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Free shipping applies to standard shipping method (least expensive method) The customer may choose to expedite and pay the difference.
cartpartsuperstore.ca uses various methods for all shipping needs. Should any damage incur on the parcel in transit - the customer must file a damage claim with the shipping company and give us a call. All items will require a signature upon delivery. Free shipping does not apply to replacement items.
Free Shipping available across Canada with the exception of North West Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador. **Depending on address extended area surcharge may apply.
SHIPPING ISSUES/CLAIMS: Any shipping claims must be made within 30 days of order shipment.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS/PACAKAGES: Any refused shipments or packages will be refunded upon receipt at our shipping facility less our costs associated with the initial shipment and return. NO EXCEPTIONS
EXTENDED AREA SURCHARGE: An additional charge will be assessed and invoiced separately based on the address entered if it is being delivered in an extended area. This surcharge is applied for deliveries to an area beyond standard shipping areas, which are less accessible for pickups and deliveries.***Remote rural locations may have a greater surcharge or service unavailable. If delivery service is unavailable we can look into delivery at your closest pick up location.
EXTENDED LEAD TIME ITEMS: Most special orders are completed within a 2-4 week time frame. We will use our best efforts to accommodate an expedited schedule; however, unforeseen delays in production may occur. All delivery dates and times are estimates only. Cart Part Superstore shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from delay in delivery.
ADDITIONAL HANDLING / OVERSIZE ITEMS: Due to the additional handling required to process and ship oversize and/or overweight packages (i.e. SEAT KITS), orders containing items that must ship in oversize and/or overweight packaging are subject to an additional handling charge that is calculated at checkout.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS: Please open and inspect ALL PACKAGES before contacting us about missing items. Parts are often combined into other packages to reduce overall packaging.
